Flexible Rental Options to Suit Your Event

At Chill on Wheels, we offer flexible mobile chiller rental durations to fit your needs:

Delivery is not included in the base rental price, but delivery and pickup services are available for an additional fee.

Where Do We Deliver?
We provide mobile chiller delivery within a 60 km radius of Raglan, covering areas like Te Mata, Te Akau, Whatawhata, Ngaruawahia, Huntly, and more.

📦 Need delivery further out? No worries — for locations beyond 60 km, a mileage fee of $1.50 per kilometre applies.

• Do Generator Rentals Include Petrol?
  No — customers are responsible for providing petrol for the generator.

• 🔌 Generator Hire Pricing (inc. GST):
  • $50 for 24-hour rental
  • $100 for weekend rental
  • $400 for one-week rental

• Our generator rentals are ideal for off-grid chiller trailer setups, giving you reliable cooling even in remote locations. Just fill it with unleaded petrol, and you’re good to go!

Is Setup Included with My Chiller Rental?
✅ Yes – setup is available as part of the rental service.
We’ll ensure your mobile chiller trailer is fully set up and running smoothly before your event begins. Our team will handle the positioning, levelling, and initial power connection (whether on-grid or using a generator).

Need help during your event?
We’re just a call away — event support is available on request (additional charges may apply).

• If you're based in or near Raglan town, we can arrange a convenient meet-up for pickup and handover of the mobile chiller trailer. This is a great option for local events and DIY transport.

• 🚫 Please note:
  We do not deliver to off-road or 4x4-only access areas. If your event is in a remote location, you may need to arrange your own pickup and return.

Yes – we kindly ask that you return the chiller in the same clean condition it was delivered in.
If the trailer is returned dirty or with any significant damage, a cleaning or repair fee may apply.
